2. Booking Appointments

  • You can book appointments online, over the phone, or in person.

  • Please arrive on time! If you’re running late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled.

  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if a session isn’t safe, appropriate, or if disruptive behavior occurs.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other listed payment methods.

  • Packages, memberships, and special promotions are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 24 hours or more notice: You can cancel or reschedule with no penalty.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Your deposit will be retained.

  • Refunds for prepaid packages or memberships are handled according to the policy at the time of purchase.

5. Health & Safety

  • Please let your therapist or esthetician know about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or concerns before your session.

  • Our therapists and estheticians are trained professionals, but massage and esthetic treatments are not substitutes for medical care.

  • Services are intended to promote wellness and relaxation, but results may vary.
